Microverse has developed special Functional Blocks which simplify configuration of Sequential Conveyor Controls. Special Functional Blocks are available for computation of Arc Resistance with respect to a virtual neutral point in the charge. This results in optimal stabilization of Electrode controls and reduction in energy costs.

It may be noted that M/s. MAPL supplied and commissioned their system for two Ferro Chrome Furnaces of 24 MVA each to us in the year 2013. Our present installation base is of 3000 I/Os. It covers the total facility comprising of RMHS, Weighing and Batching, Furnace Control (By Current as well as Resistance Control Method) , Gas Cleaning Plant. We take this opportunity to state that we arc satisfied with the DCS supplied by MAPL and are happy that no operational failures have been observed till to date.
