1) Sr. Embedded Electronics Engineer

As an innovator, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining embedded systems for various automation applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions, ensuring that electronic hardware and firmware meet performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness standards. Your responsibilities will include circuit design, microcontroller programming, debugging, and testing. Additionally, you will work on optimizing power consumption, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and staying updated on emerging technologies in the field of embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop embedded systems, including hardware and firmware components.
  2. Create and modify schematics and PCB layouts, considering factors such as signal integrity and EMC/EMI.
  3. Write, debug, and optimize embedded software code for microcontrollers and other embedded platforms.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers.
  5. Conduct feasibility studies and research on emerging technologies to enhance product performance and features.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for safety and quality.
  7. Stay current with advancements in embedded technology and recommend improvements to existing systems.



2) Sr. Manager – Quality Assurance

You will lead a dedicated team of quality professionals, oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and systems, and drive continuous improvement efforts. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance product quality, while also ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  2. Quality Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  3. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine quality processes to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to standards.
  4. Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, and lead efforts to maintain necessary certifications.
  5. Quality Metrics: Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
  6. Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to improve incoming materials’ quality and overall supply chain quality.
  7. Audits and Inspections: Plan and manage internal and external audits, working with regulatory agencies and customers as necessary.
  8. Issue Resolution: Lead investigations into quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely resolution.
  9. Training: Develop and deliver quality-related training programs to enhance staff competency.
